Did you power cycle the laser and still nothing?
Unit must be sent in for repair.
IF YES: Send unit in for repair
IF NO: Is it an “R” series laser?
A: You may have a bad power supply. If you have another unit, swap the PSU and see if that works, if it does, you need to order an SA-115 power supply, If not, the unit must be sent in for repair. See below info.
IF NO: It is not an “R” unit with separate PSU.
A: The laser needs to be returned for service. See below info.

Is the unit on a Rip Saw?
IF YES: Static from the dust collection system may be causing the laser to fault and require a reset. Route the power supply cable well away from the dust pipe and confirm the machine, and collection system is grounded well. If the problem persists, the unit should be sent in for service.
IF NO: The unit should be returned for repair. See info below.

Have you cleaned the lens? You can use windex or alcohol to clean the lens gently. Visually confirm that the cleaning was successful and all dust, pitch, or other has been removed.
I’ve cleaned it and it is still fuzzy.
A: The lens may be out of adjustment, or moisture is in the lens assy. These are thing that require factory service. See info below.
