I have no laser output AND no lit indicator light on the back.


Is the indicator light a Green LED?

A: You may have a bad power supply. Try running power from an alternate outlet first. If you have another unit, swap the PSU and see if that works, if it does, you need to order an SA-115 power supply, If not, the unit must be sent in for repair. See below info.

If the indicator light is RED or YELLOW these units have built in power supplies and will need to be returned for servicing. See below info.
